What to Expect:
How does a custom commission begin?
Each commission begins in prayer and conversation. We take time to understand your vision, your story, and the meaning behind the piece — ensuring the final carving reflects both your life and our shared reverence for craftsmanship.
We guide you through each step to ensure the final piece reflects exactly what matters most to you.
How long does a custom piece take?
Because each carving is shaped with intention and precision, most commissions require 2–4 weeks, depending on size and detail. We never rush what is meant to endure for generations.
What materials do you use?
We work primarily with premium hardwoods such as walnut and cherry — selected for their strength, character, and natural beauty. Every board is chosen carefully, honoring the integrity of the material as part of God’s creation.
Are your carvings sealed and protected?
Yes. Each piece is hand-sanded and finished with high-quality oils that enhance the wood’s natural grain while protecting it for years to come. Our finishes are selected to preserve both beauty and longevity.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes. Every carving is carefully packaged and shipped securely within the United States. We treat each piece as heirloom artwork from the moment it leaves our studio.
Do you accept returns?
Each carving is created with intention, care, and reverence for the story it represents. For that reason, all sales are considered final.
If your piece arrives damaged or there is an unexpected issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We are committed to honoring both our craftsmanship and the people we serve, and we will make it right.
