How long does a custom piece take?
Every keepsake is made to order, so production time varies depending on the product, materials, and level of customization. Some projects may be completed in as little as 2–3 business days, while larger or more intricate commissions may require several weeks.
Estimated production times will be provided when your order is approved, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.
What materials do you use?

Are your products sealed and protected?

Yes. We carefully package and ship our keepsakes throughout the United States. Every order is packaged with the same care and attention used in creating it.
Do you accept returns?
Because every keepsake is custom-made, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with craftsmanship, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We are committed to making it right whenever possible.
