We strive to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
 

All purchases are subject to product availability and acceptance. Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
 

Shipping timelines provided on the website are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules and carrier performance. Rooted Artisan Keepsakes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
 

Variations in grain, tone, color, and texture are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.
 

Custom commissions require written approval of the final design prior to production. Once a design has been approved and production has begun, the order may not be canceled or modified. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Any claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
 

A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders. Production timelines begin once the deposit has been received and the design has been approved in writing.
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rooted Artisan Keepsakes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of our products.
 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
 

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Custom Order Acceptance

All custom and commissioned work is subject to review and approval by Rooted Artisan Keepsakes. Submission of a custom request does not guarantee acceptance of the project.

Rooted Artisan Keepsakes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline, refuse, or cancel any custom request or commissioned project that is determined to be inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, inconsistent with our artistic standards, beyond project scope, or otherwise misaligned with our brand values or company mission.

Any such decision shall be made at the sole discretion of Rooted Artisan Keepsakes and may be exercised at any stage prior to final project approval.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All products offered by Rooted Artisan Keepsakes are custom, handcrafted works of art created from carefully selected natural and other specialty materials.

Due to the organic nature of these materials, each piece is inherently unique and may exhibit variations in grain, tone, texture, and finish. Natural movement of wood and other materials over time—including minor warping, cracking, or changes in appearance due to environmental conditions—is normal and not considered a defect.

Our products are intended for decorative and display purposes only. Rooted Artisan Keepsakes makes no guarantees regarding performance beyond their intended artistic use.

By purchasing or using our products, you agree that Rooted Artisan Keepsakes shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, environmental conditions, normal aging, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For products created using customer-provided or third-party images (including those supplied by photographers, designers, or other collaborators), Rooted Artisan Keepsakes is not responsible for the quality, resolution, composition, or legal rights associated with those images. The customer or supplying party assumes full responsibility for ensuring proper usage rights and image suitability.

Rooted Artisan Keepsakes shall not be liable for any damages related to delays, loss, or issues arising from third-party services, including but not limited to shipping carriers, photographers, designers, or other collaborators.

In all cases, Rooted Artisan Keepsakes total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product.
